The Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Rt Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin has emphasized the importance of individuals acquiring knowledge and skills that transcend beyond their surroundings.
Rt Hon. Ogundoyin urged all stakeholders in the Education sector to explore and advance the world of online learning and virtual classroom.
The Speaker stated this in his goodwill message at the International Study Abroad Fair, (ISAF) 2024 held at the International Conference Centre, University of Ibadan, adding that everyone has the right to get the best form of education wherever they may be without any barrier.
According to him, many don’t know that they could enroll for courses and programs offered by prestigious Universities and Institutions through virtual classroom.
Therefore, he advocated a more comprehensive enlightenment and sensitisation programs for Nigerians on how to optimise international education opportunities provided by Education Beyond Border program as well as issues like scholarship/grants and Students Exchange Program.
