Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde on Monday received his ally and former Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose at the Governor’s office.

Fayose arrived at the governor’s office around 4pm and the duo went into a closed door meeting.

Some newsmen gathered that Fayose paid a thank you visit to Governor Seyi Makinde on the role he played during Fayose’s son wedding at Lagos late last year.

It was further learnt that Governor Makinde was impressed that both Fayose and Senator Olujimi’s camp have resolved to work together for the progress of the party in this year’s election.

The PDP primary election will hold on 22nd January, 2022.
