Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde says his administration has concluded arrangement to flag off Ogbomoso-Iseyin Road in ten days time.

Makinde stated this on Saturday at the 40th fidau for late Soun of Ogbomoso land, Oba Jimoh Oladuni Oyewumi Ajagungbade 111, held at Aafin Ogbomoso, Oja-Igbo, Ogbomoso. Makinde who spoke in Yoruba language said he would sleep over in Ogbomoso for him to meet with the sons and daughters of Ogbomoso to discuss the growth and development of the town and Oyo State in general.

He prayed for the repose of the soul of the late paramount monarch.
 
Dignitaries at the fidau include Secretary to the State Government, Olubamiwo Adeosun, Chief of Staff, Hon Segun Ogunwuyi, former Chief of Staff, Bisi Ilaka, Commissioners, Abiodun Oni, Professor Oyelowo Oyewo, Olasunkanmi Olaleye, DG Gaming Board, Olajide Boladuro, SA on Local Government and Chieftaincy Matter, Hon Kazeem Bibire, SSA on SDGs, Hon Kunle Yusuff, Commissioner in Local Government Service Commission, Hon Oyesina Oyedeji among others.

Others are, Senator Ayo Adesun, Olasunkanmi Tegbe, Segun Bunvic, Sunday Dare among others.
