The tribunal is set to decide the fate of the President-elect Bola Tinubu as his victory is being challenged.

Tinubu polled a total of 8,794,726 votes to defeat the former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who polled a total of 6,984,520 votes and Peter Obi of Labour Party who garnered 6,101,533 votes.

Of the candidates challenging Tinubu’s win, Obi and Atiku are the most popular.

Chris Uche is the head of Atiku’s legal team while Wole Olanipekun is the lead of Tinubu and Levi Uzoukwu is the head of Obi’s team. The trio are all Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SANs).

As at press time, Judges presiding over the tribunal are seated.
