TEMILOLU SEUN ASHAMU, a dual trained lawyer with 15 years solid industry experience, he has been involved in negotiating, structuring and advising complex, multilateral transactions on the area of investment, energy, cooperate finance, taxation and real estates.
He also has experience arbitrating and litigating a number of multilateral disputes.
As commissioner, he has structured and overseen development and deployment of over 200KM of LED public lightning infrastructure, the development of Oyo state’s first independent power project (11MW) and renewable energy solutions to about 50 rural communities and health centers in the State. He has also supervised the development of the State’s gas infrastructure master plan and infrastructure development.
