The Oyo State government through the Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) has clarified that it has not announced any dates for the Computer-Based Test (CBT) exams for its ongoing recruitment exercise.
In a statement signed by the Executive Chairman, Dr. Nureni Adeniran, on Wednesday, the Board warned the public to disregard any information circulating on social media regarding the exam dates.
The statement advised job seekers to be cautious of scammers and to await the official announcement of the exam dates and centers, which will be released by the Board after the closure of the job portal adding that the announcement will be duly signed by the Executive Chairman and released under the authority of the Board.
Applicants are urged to remain vigilant and avoid falling prey to fraudulent activities.
It reads: “Oyo SUBEB has not announced any dates for the CBT Exams for its recruitment exercise. Our people should discard any information being circulated on the social media and also be wary of scammers everywhere.
“The official dates of the Exams and the Centres will be officially announced by the Board after the close of the job portal.
“Such important announcement will be released under the authority of the Board to be duly signed by the Executive Chairman.”
