Oyo State Commissioner for Education, Science and Technology, Professor Salihu Adelabu has said the ongoing teachers’ recruitment process in the State will be devoid of any form of bias and will conform with the United Nations adopted procedures.
Professor Adelabu gave this assurance while featuring on the BCOS TV Yoruba current affairs Programme, ‘Kutuhai.’
Professor Adelabu said that the current administration maintains zero tolerance for fraudulent practices in internal and external examinations.
Speaking on indiscipline among secondary school students, the Commissioner blamed the failure of parents at the home front and broken homes for the increasing acts of misconduct among students.
Professor Adelabu also revealed that Technical Colleges in the State will soon be revamped and remodelled to meet up with contemporary global standards.
