Report of Incident at Sanyo Expressway has been Shut Down After Fatal Accident Claims 4 Lives
A devastating accident occurred on the Sanyo Expressway today, June 24, 2025, at approximately 8:00 am. The accidentB wish is the result of break failure in one of the vehicles involved triggered the accident, which claimed the lives of four individuals.
The accident involved five mini vehicles and five trailers. Interestingly, a slide traffic incident had occurred on the expressway before the fatal accident, caused by a trailer with brake failure.
The Oyo State Traffic Management Agency (OYRTMA), police, and road safety personnel are currently on the ground, working to control traffic and manage the situation. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
