The Oyo State Governor, HESeyi Makinde, has announced the payment of the 13th-month salary to civil servants in the state.
The governor made the announcement on Monday, December 8, 2025, at the government house in Ibadan, the state capital.
In a viral video, the governor stated that the tradition, which has been in place since 2019, will be repeated this year (2025)
“Just like we have been doing since 2019, there will be 13th-month salary,” he said
