Residents of Oyo town sends heartfelt appreciation to Governor Seyi Makinde for hearing their cries and sending quick help to the death trap federal road in Oyo that has killed more than 7 people in the past 2 weeks.

The state hospital road which happens to be a very important and busy federal road in Oyo, a lot of Fuel tankers and trailers used to transport goods pass through the road every day and the terrible condition of the road has caused a lot of accidents both during the day and at night.

People of Oyo town had to cry out for help after the Federal Agency in charge of Federal Roads refused to intervene, and OYSROMA Chairman Hon Busoye Ogunlade with the directives of  Governor Seyi Makinde came with OYSROMA engineers and team to inspect and see how the road can be put in a better state to prevent accidents.

It’s a moment of joy to see that work has commenced on the road and it’s already getting better. Now people of Oyo and other road users can use the road in peace, with less worries about accidents or harm. We are grateful to Oyo State Government.
