A bill for a law that will prohibit the destruction of public property, amenities and infrastructure was, on Thursday, passed into law at the floor of the State Assembly.
According to the Chairman of the Oyo State House of Assembly Committee on Works and Transportation, Hon. Olatunde Kehinde, any person who acts or connives with other people to destroy or damage public property commits an offence liable to conviction and a fine of #500,000
