The Oyo state governor, Seyi Makinde has named his chief of staff as chairman of transition and inauguration committee.

The governor equally appointed his special assistant on special duties, Lolade Ajibola as the secretary of the committee.

The inauguration was imperative to ensure that the machinery of government continued to roll smoothly.

The committee which will coordinate the activities for the inauguration of the governor on may 29, 2023, was equally organised to maintain stability, build on solid status of the state and ensure seamless transition into Omituntun 2.0 of the Governor re-elect, Seyi Makinde and his deputy, Barrister Abdul-Raheem Adebayo Lawal.
